Westminster Pillar Management uses Yardi Resident Screening to screen for fraudulent applications. Westminster Pillar reserves the right to prosecute any applicant presenting a fraudulent application to the fullest extent of the law. Any person who obtains a rental unit after presenting a fraudulent application will have their lease voided and eviction proceedings will be filed immediately pursuant to applicable law, in addition to Westminster Pillar Management pursuing any other rights available to it at law (including criminal proceedings).
